Informal, non-judgemental, out-of-hours mental health support for those in need of extra support in times of difficulty in the South West of Hampshire.
At the South West Hampshire Safe Haven, we are unable to give medication or therapy, but we are able to provide in-the-moment support on your terms. Our team is made up of people who have lived experience of their own mental health challenges.
Together, we give you an informal, non-judgemental support and facilities, such as:
Our team may also help you find more support from other services, whether it be immediate or urgent care, primary or secondary care or even linking in with services you are already in contact with.
This service can be accessed by dropping in at the South West Hampshire Safe Haven, 111 Leigh Road, Eastleigh,SO50 9DS, you can contact us on 0344 264 5310, or through 'Attend Anywhere'.
Please note that the South West Safe Haven is not an A&E department for those in need medical attention.
The South West Hampshire Safe Haven is open to those over the age of 18 and live in South West Hampshire: New Forest, Totton, Romsey, Eastleigh, Southern Parishes (Hamble, Hedge End, Butlocks Heath, Botley, Netley) but please be assured we will not turn anyone away.
