We’re Solent Mind, the leading mental health charity across Hampshire.

We’re here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support.

Being discharged from mental health hospital care – share your experiences
We’re campaigning to make sure everyone leaving hospital after a mental health crisis gets the right follow-up care. In 2012 Mind polled people who had been treated for a mental health crisis to find out what support they received afterwards.
