We offer a range of high quality services that aim to improve mental wellbeing and we campaign to raise awareness and improve understanding of mental health.

We’re here so that no one in our diverse community has to face a mental health problem alone.

italk, the psychological therapy service run by Solent Mind and Southern Health attended recent Eastleigh Mela with a number of special guests.
We've launched a new Support and Recovery Service in Partnership with Solent NHS Trust. The service offers help, support and practical advice to those recovering from mental health issues.
