Every year people just like you raise hundreds, or even thousands, of pounds. Here's a few ideas to help you hit your target, but you can get as creative as you like!

• Bake Off - £50
  We all have that one friend who thinks they're Mary Berry, put them to the challenge and host a bake off! A donation is given to enter your bake and the winner gets an ego boost. You could even sell the cakes for extra donations!
• Movie night - £100
  From cult classics to family favourites, find a space, grab some popcorn and host a film night! Incite your friends and family to pay a donation for entry as they would for their usual night out at the cinema.
• Dinner party - £150
  Wine and dine your friends and family and ask them to pay what they would in a restaurant towards your target.
