Our Gold Investors in People Award reflects our commitment to our lively, friendly teams. We empower our people to have a voice, discover new opportunities at work and learn new skills to develop their career; all whilst offering flexible working to promote a healthy work life balance.

We encourage applications from people from all backgrounds and communities and are committed to having a workforce made up of diverse skills, experiences and abilities.

We’re proud to champion the 72% of our staff and volunteers, including those in management roles, who have their own experiences of living with a mental health issue. These unique perspectives allow us to shape, deliver or campaign for great mental health services and use our own stories to support and uplift others.
