Over 280 passionate employees and over 100 dedicated volunteers are helping people with mental health issues find somewhere to turn for advice, information and support in Hampshire.
From working directly with our services users in our network of locations across the county, to managing people, digital services or raising vital funds, you are sure to find the right opportunity to make a difference.
Our Gold Investors in People Award reflects our commitment to our lively, friendly teams. We empower our people to have a voice, discover new opportunities at work and learn new skills to develop their career; all whilst offering flexible working to promote a healthy work life balance.
We encourage applications from people from all backgrounds and communities and are committed to having a workforce made up of diverse skills, experiences and abilities.
We’re proud to champion the 72% of our staff and volunteers, including those in management roles, who have their own experiences of living with a mental health issue. These unique perspectives allow us to shape, deliver or campaign for great mental health services and use our own stories to support and uplift others.
