Our local Time to Change Champions are leading the fight against mental health stigma. With this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week being themed on ‘Kindness’, Laura has written a poem about what kindness means to her:

Kindness

Being kind Is an act of mind
Remembering to say hello
Because you never know
They may be having a bad day
So ask if they are ok
They may even have an ill mind
So please always be kind
Some illnesses you cannot see
So being kind is a good way to be!
