Peer Support Online Groups

Connect digitally and emotionally with our new online groups.

About the group

To help keep everyone in the Solent Mind community safe, we've had to pause our face to to face  groups, but we know that supporting each other is more important than ever.

We've made two weekly online groups that you can access from home on a computer, tablet or phone through web chat platform, Zoom. The groups take place:

Wednesdays, 12pm - 1pm
Thursdays, 12pm - 1pm

Together, we discuss all kinds of wellbeing issues and sometimes we have a weekly theme, where we chat and share ideas on a particular topic.

On Tuesday 12pm - 1pm, our regular social group meets to chat and take part in quizzes and games.

You can take part in one weekly group, or all three, and you don't need to dial in every week - simply join us when it's right for you.

How to join us

You don't need to be a technical whizz to join us, as full training and privacy advice will be given by our team before you join the main group. 

We advise that you use a device that connects to WiFi, but there is also an option to join over the phone from a landline.
