This session combines the Bitesize Mental Health session 'Mental Health and Wellbeing Overview' hour course and the 'Five Ways to Wellbeing'.
Like the 'Five Ways to Wellbeing' this course will discuss early warning signs, how you can help others. And touches on ideas & techniques to enhance resilience and mental wellbeing. It will also have an hour where you will look at more common mental health problems, which can help you develop a better understanding on how to support yourself and others.
