A three-part programme which provides insights into anxiety and helps you develop coping strategies for living well.
A more in-depth look at anxiety and practical methods/exercises on how to live alongside it, as well as further information on possible treatments and support. Students can take this course after completing our introductory course, 'Understanding Anxiety'.

A session exploring the thoughts and feelings of lockdown, the theory behind the recommended guidance and skills for moving forwards.
A series of seven mini lectures that cover the essential building blocks for mental health recovery.
A session that dispels common misconceptions and discusses the realities of living with depression, treatment options and local support.
