Living with Anxiety

A three-part programme which provides insights into anxiety and helps you develop coping strategies for living well.

Course overview

A more in-depth look at anxiety and practical methods/exercises on how to live alongside it, as well as further information on possible treatments and support. Students can take this course after completing our introductory course, 'Understanding Anxiety'.

2 hours per class, 3 classes in total.

Learning Objectives

All students will be able to:

  • Understand what is meant by a wellness plan.

Most students will be able to:

  • Understand the vicious cycle of anxiety.

Some students will be able to:

  • Relate the vicious flower to their own situation.
  • Describe and use strategies to manage setbacks.
