Life After Lockdown

A session exploring the thoughts and feelings of lockdown, the theory behind the recommended guidance and skills for moving forwards.

Course overview

The emotional impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has been huge: from the isolation of being at home, to the anxiety of 'the new normal', we know there are many worries and anxieties to overcome. 

This course reflects on our wellbeing after lockdown and how we can positively move forward. 

Learning Objectives

All students will be able to:

  • Describe some psychological effects of lockdown. ​

Most students will be able to:

  • Describe 2 – 4 things they could apply when out and about. ​

Some students will be able to:

  • Describe and define anxiety they are feeling.
