Our Southampton-based group can give you a safe, confidential space to share your experiences of hoarding.

Join our waitlistLike most hobbies, interests and behaviours in our lives, collecting possessions can range from normal, to excessive or sometimes compulsive.
Over 1.2 million people in the UK are thought to have issues with hoarding, however many see their struggle as secretive, in order to avoid judgement or shame.
Our peer support group is a safe, private space where you can be vulnerable in front of others with similar experiences. The group isn't clinical and you can share as much or as little as your wish. You don't even need to come along every week - simply drop in when you'd like to.
Our group meets every Thursday, 2pm to 4pm. Theres no need to book in advance, just come along to:
