This interactive and engaging session explores the Five Ways to Wellbeing. We’ll discuss early warning signs of poor mental health and how you can help others. Although the majority of the session focuses on the five ways to wellbeing, you’ll also leave the session with ideas and techniques to enhance resilience and mental wellbeing.
