5 Ways to Wellbeing

Learn how connecting, being active, taking notice, learning and giving can help you achieve better mental health.

2 hours: remote or face to face


This interactive and engaging session explores the Five Ways to Wellbeing. We’ll discuss early warning signs of poor mental health and how you can help others. Although the majority of the session focuses on the five ways to wellbeing, you’ll also leave the session with ideas and techniques to enhance resilience and mental wellbeing.

This course is great for showing employees how to take care of their own wellbeing and build personal resilience.
