Our vision is for a future where no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
Leaving a gift in your will, large or small, can help us achieve our vision and a better future for the 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health issue in Hampshire.
Thank you for considering Solent Mind as a beneficiary of your will. All gifts, no matter how big or small, can make a significant difference in the future, helping us continue our work to ensure that everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
Our dedicated legacy team are available to answer any questions you may have, or to discuss the huge difference your gift could make in our work and in the lives of many people in the Solent region.
We couldn’t do what we do without the kindness of people who leave gifts in their wills to support our work. We understand it can be difficult to know where to start when making a will, so we would be happy to send you our free Will Guide. We hope this will simplify the process for you and provide some valuable resources.

Legacies TeamI had been on different medications, tried different talking therapies but I still wasn’t getting anywhere. I was still ashamed and afraid to attend a group with strangers, however, I knew I needed to take control of my life, and that things needed to change. Solent Recovery College was my last hope to try and get better.
The first time I used The Lighthouse service I was really struggling that night. I was so nervous that it took me over half an hour to send the first text, but when I did it was the best thing I had done in a long time.
I started to realise how alive I felt being around people who understood and I could be my true self with. It was a relief to not have to put that mask on and try to pretend everything was OK.
