We are determined to start 2021 the right way. Join us by taking on a wellness fundraising challenge!
It's been a hard year for everyone, and a lot of us find January a particularly difficult month... but that's why we’ve launched a new challenge to jumpstart your new year!
Set yourself a mind, body or soul wellness goal this January, tell your friends and family, fill out your personal ‘My Mind Month’ calendar and fundraise along the way!
Completing a challenge is great for your mental wellbeing, and encourages you to get out and do something new or difficult this January. What challenge you pick is up to you.
