Our members play a useful role in shaping our work. They ensure that the voices of those we represent are heard and considered in everything we do. Each year, members are invited to raise concerns and contribute their views ahead of our Annual Designated Meeting. 

This important opportunity helps guide the governance of our charity and influences our strategic direction. We also organise an annual celebration event to which members are invited, and have the opportunity to ask questions, and learn more about our work and the impact we are having. 

Members can also share their lived experiences to inspire meaningful change. We regularly ask for input through surveys, focus groups, and consultations, with updates shared via our email communications and newsletters.
