Working in partnership with The Prince’s Trust and No Limits, we can support 16-25 year olds to access the Prince’s Trust Explore programme. The programme, which kicks off with an outdoor adventure and residential trip, can help you build your self-confidence through activities, training and qualifications in sports, drama, photography or cooking.
Our team can give you the support you need to sign up and get the very best out of the programme through:
Although much of our face-to-face support is based in Southampton, we can support young people across Hampshire digitally. We can also support parents or guardians to focus on their own wellbeing through services like Community Navigation.
Our workshops are delivered to all young people in Hampshire aged 16-25 who are engaging with the Explore Programme.
If you feel that your mental health is holding you back, we can support you through 1:1 mentorship support. You do not need to have a formal diagnosis or access other kinds of support in order to work with us.
Parents or guardians of young people taking part in the scheme, are welcomed to use Solent Mind's adult services.
A referral form and full risk assessment can be obtained from the Prince’s Trust Explore programme, who will then introduce the young person to our team.
