italk provides free, tailored treatments for people with mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing difficulties, using evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
CBT empowers people to identify thoughts and behaviours that keep them from feeling better. We'll teach you practical skills to break free of these cycles to reduce symptoms of depression or anxiety.
You can access italk via self-referral or through your GP. After assessing your needs, the team will guide you to a range of flexible support, such as:
italk is an Improved Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service commissioned and delivered in partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust.
italk can be accessed by anyone aged 16 or over who is experiencing depression, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and is registered with a GP in the following areas:

If you are aged 15 or under or experience addiction issues or have been diagnosed with mental health conditions such as Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, a personality or eating disorder, speak to your GP about your support options.
