We will talk through your employment needs including what kind of work will suit you best.
We will also continue to support you after you start work and can help you create a plan for staying well at work.
We get to know employers and talk with them, so we can help you decide the types of job that may or may not be for you.
We can help you to set goals, write CVs and practice interviews/techniques for success - in a stress-free environment.
We’ll talk with you about your current benefits and how starting work might affect them.
We’ll give you the tools to start a conversation, with your employer, about mental health. If you and your employer agree, we can also support your employer.
