The lady I had, M, was very supportive, even when I was suffering with my anxiety panic attacks feeling like I didn’t want to be here anymore, it was never too much trouble for her to stay in touch with me.

The support was excellent, well prepared and relevant to my needs. I had 3 different approaches to help and each was delivered with knowledge, care and patience.

Impressed with their free services to help with relaxation, had some of our team at Right at Home attend, and they really found it beneficial!

Been going to my local mind for some years now at Marcella House. Always been somewhere to go to and get advice when I'm feeling low or unable to cope. The staff and fellow service users make me feel better when I am there and although I feel bad when I have to leave and face the real world I know they'll be there next time.
