Monday 13th May

 

Wellbeing drop-in
Stop by and visit our pop-up Wellbeing Centre in Marlands Shopping Centre to take part in art and craft activities, board games, and find out about our useful services across the region.

Workplace wellbeing with Mayfield Nurseries
Sainsburys staff find out more about how to look after their wellbeing in the workplace and how to support a colleague.

Employment information & taster sessions
Our Portsmouth Employment Team hosts taster sessions on mindfulness, stress and anxiety for the staff of businesses based in the Lakeside North Harbour complex.

Mayfield Nurseries information stand
Come and chat to Rachel and the Mayfield Nurseries team and hear why gardening can be so good for our mental health.

New Forest wellbeing information stand
Meet the New Forest wellbeing team and find out how our centres in Hythe and New Milton can help you to connect with others and learn new skills.

Wednesday 15th May

 

Wellfest, University of Southampton
We’ll be sharing some tips for staying well at university, as well as helping staff, students and visitors to signpost the places that keep them well with our #onyourdoorstep campaign.

What makes Southampton a mentally healthy city?
Our CEO Kevin Gardner and Peer Support team join hosts Creative Options and a number of local social enterprises, third sector organisations and individuals to talk about our work in city and how it might support you or a loved one.

Hand in Hand
Our popular peer support group welcomes faces both old and new to chat about their wellbeing and create some colourful signs for our #onyourdoorstep campaign. No need to register, just pop by!

Our Krafty Koffee group will be celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week through arts and crafts, and sharing what keeps them well. No need to register, just come by and meet our friendly team.

Join our Portsmouth Support and Recovery staff and volunteers for a mindful walk along the seafront. Stay with us after the walk to take part in our mindful yoga session.

Young people, carers and referring organisations are welcomed to help us celebrate the launch of Reaching Communities, the new partnership programme with No Limits and The Princes Trust that supports young adults in Southampton with their mental health.
