Workplace wellbeing training in 2024!

Put your staff at the heart of your planning in 2024 with Solent Mind's workplace wellbeing training.

As we look at the year ahead, our workplace wellbeing training team is keen to give you a variety of ways to put your staff at the heart of the planning in 2024. 

In 2022-23, our team delivered training to almost 2,500 people. 95% were either satisfied, or very satisfied and 2,000 rated our trainers 5 stars. Workplace wellbeing training team manager Mandy said: "The wellbeing of your staff should not only be a priority, but it should be in the conversations alongside budgeting and planning for the year ahead."

Mental Health First Aid training is one of the best ways to ensure you can provide a mentally well workplace for your team, as with Mental Health First Aiders across the audience, staff can be empowered to support each other and gain knowledge in signposting colleagues to get further help. Our Managing Mental Health course is another way to ensure the best for your team by ensuring your managers are in the best position to support colleagues with their mental health.

We variety of other sessions available that could be perfect for your workplace from Menopause and Mental Health to Supporting Student Mental Health, as well as bitesize sessions that could be perfect for lunch and learns. If you are a small organisation, or only want a few employees to attend, we have open sessions throughout the year.

Our highly rated supporting young people who self harm training for education professionals is available again in early 2024. A previous attendee said: "It’s probably the best training related to safeguarding young people I’ve had. Very informative, very useful. This was a really helpful and informative session with lots of useful signposting."
