Kevin Gardner, who has been Chief Executive of Solent Mind since 2017, has made the decision to move on from his position at the end of March.
Kevin said: “There’ll be more time for thank you’s and goodbyes, but just to say now how much I have appreciated the tremendous support received from all of our staff, volunteers, trustees, partners and people who use our services.
“Together, we have made great progress in supporting many more people with mental health issues, and helping them to recover and live well. I have no doubt Solent Mind will continue to grow and thrive.”
John Wilderspin, Chair of Solent Mind’s Board of Trustees said, following the announcement: “Kevin has been Chief Executive of Solent Mind for five years, and has led the organisation through a period of substantial change and development.”
