Arts and Minds - Southampton Central Library

Arts and Minds is an exhibition celebrating the work of attendees to creative sessions at Solent Mind. Solent Mind is here to make sure that anyone in Hampshire with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn to for advice and support.

Our creative groups provide a space for expression and support from peer workers. This exhibition showcases some of the beautiful work that our members have created over the last 18 months. 

There will be someone from Solent Mind at the exhibition from Tuesday to Friday 12 – 1 to answer any questions about our groups and the services we provide.

Kate Smith, Solent Mind peer support project worker, said: "We’re so excited to share the art that has been created by our members. It is representative of the dark times, the things that provide them light and the support they give to each other."

Dates: Monday October 16 to Saturday October 21.

Times: 10am to 7pm
