"It's a lot of fun! It's great to have a collective goal to work and train towards, and the atmosphere on the day of the challenge was great. We've raised a decent sum in sponsorship and raised awareness for Solent Mind - a truly worthwhile charity..."

What are the funding options?

To best support Solent Mind, you can choose the ‘Own Place (Self-Funded) for Charity’ option. Pay for your place in full and fundraise whatever you can for our incredible cause.

Other funding options include 'Full Sponsorship for Charity' which will include a small (4%) booking fee. The cost of your place is paid for by Solent Mind, and added onto your fundraising target total.

If you wish to have the best of both worlds, there is also an option to do 'Mixed Funding for Charity' where you part pay for your place, and fundraise the rest and anything else on top you can manage.

The fundraising targets and fees are calculated based on the challenge and the distance you choose.

Can we take part as a team?

Yes, absolutely!

Everyone has to register individually, as Ultra Challenge organisers require personal details and declarations. Within the form you can choose to 'Create' or 'Join' a team. Teams can be of any size - members can opt for the same or different funding options or distances.

If you choose to 'Create' a team, you will become Team Captain. You will need a Team Name and a password for others to join. Then invite your friends and family to join you!

If you want to join a team already created, as you register, search for the Team Name and use the password provided by the Team Captain.

What if I have more questions?

You will find lots of information on the Action Challenge Ultra Challenge Series website.
