We know that getting active does great things for our mental health, so by taking on a challenge in aid of Solent Mind, you too will feel the benefits!

Our friendly fundraising team can give you ongoing help and support, collection tins, running vests and other useful promotional materials to help you reach your fundraising target. We can also give you advice and guidance on running events, raffles and collections, as well as help you spread the word about your fundraising efforts on our popular Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Take on a Skydive

Take your fundraising to new heights with a once in a lifetime skydiving experience. Solent Mind has teamed up with challenge event specialists, Skyline Events, to bring you our most adventurous challenge yet – experience the thrill of a 10,000 ft tandem skydive. Whether you’re a regular adrenaline junkie or looking for a new and exciting challenge individually or as part of a team, nothing compares to a skydive.

What’s more, if you agree to raise a minimum of £395 for us, your skydive will be absolutely free!

Where and when can I take part in a skydive?
We have locations across the country where you can choose to do your skydive. You can choose a date and time that is suitable to you.

APB Southampton Marathon

Run on closed roads through the heart of Southampton, hitting famous landmarks such as Bargate, QE2 Anchor and St Mary’s Stadium, as well as the Itchen Bridge.

When you run for Solent Mind you can run the distance of your choice: pick from 10k, half marathon or the ultimate challenge of the full 26.2 mile marathon.

All runners will receive their own Solent Mind running vest to keep.

Red January

Red January invites you to get active every day to beat the winter blues and start the new year in the most positive way.

With Red January, you can get active in a way that suits you. You could run 5k, add in a morning swim or simply jump off the bus a stop early.

With a growing community of 65,000 REDers across the UK, and the support of our fundraising team, you’ll never be alone – support is on hand at every step, splash and pedal of the way!

Wherever and whenever you want! Our fundraisers will also receive an exclusive fundraising medal to celebrate your amazing achievement.
