Are you a veteran looking for support in Portsmouth?

The Solent Recovery College's tailored courses are led by other veterans, who use their own experiences to teach subjects such as Understanding and Coping with PTSD, Supporting Veterans and Adjusting to Civilian Life.

Our courses aren’t therapy; instead they offer a new way to learn new skills in an educational environment and empower you to take control of your recovery journey.

If you live in Thornhill, Bitterne Park, Townhill, Midanbury, Harefield or Bitterne, or you are registered with a GP in these areas, don't forget to join us at tomorrow's music group, where you can build confidence and new skills through improvisation, songwriting and performance.

You can find us tomorrow at Hightown Studios, Tunstall Road, Thornhill, 1pm - 3pm. No need to bring an instrument or any experience of playing one before!

Participants will be asked to contribute £3 towards the cost of running each session. Contact our friendly Community Peer Navigators for more information:
