Solent Mind is the leading mental health charity across Hampshire providing a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support. Our services operate in various locations throughout the Hampshire area.

We run the italk service in partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust which is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country providing Step 2 and Step 3 therapies.

We are recruiting for 2 full time Patient Liaison Administrators to join our busy Telephone & Referral Centre (TARC) at italk.

You will have experience of or be able to demonstrate an understanding of working in a busy office environment and will possess good IT skills.  An understanding of mental health issues is desirable, but not essential.  You will also have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner as you will be dealing with patients, GP and other agencies.

In return we can offer a vibrant and friendly working environment with excellent benefits, including 25 days holidays which increases per completed year of service to 30 days (pro-rata for part-time staff), learning & development opportunities, plus a contributory pension scheme.

We operate a variety of shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am to 4.30pm; preferred shifts will be discussed at interview.

Our hard working and close-knit team is easy going, welcoming and fun with regular wellbeing groups and social events.  If you are interested in being part of an open, forward thinking and high achieving service and believe that you have the relevant skills and experience then this could be the opportunity for you!
