Location: Based at one of the locality hubs in either Basingstoke, Gosport or Eastleigh.

Hours: Full – time 37 hours per week or Part – time 26 hours per week (spread over a minimum of 3.5 days)
Salary Range: £22,603 – £24, 341
NB. Salary ranges are currently under review

Solent Mind run the italk service in partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust which is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country.

 We are recruiting for Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our team.

Applications from candidates who do not hold a Postgraduate or Degree Certificate in Psychological Therapies cannot be considered.

This is an extremely demanding role delivering evidence based therapies over the telephone, online and to groups across Hampshire.

The role will be based at one of our 3 hubs in Basingstoke, Gosport or Eastleigh with travel to specific venues for face to face or group work.

You will need to be highly motivated and resilient to cope with the demands of working in this large, high volume service.  Successful candidates will also need strong communication skills, professional telephone manner and excellent IT and organisational skills.
