In return we can offer you:
- 25 days Annual leave rising incrementally to 30 days per year for permanent staff.
- A generous (7.5%) contributory pension scheme with the Pensions Trust (Employee contribution 4.5%), and a choice of plans.
- Sick Pay - for staff on a fixed term or permanent contract after 3 months service you can receive 1 month full pay and 1 month half pay increasing to 2 months full pay and 2 months half pay after 12 months continuous service, and then rising after 2 years continuous service to a maximum entitlement of 3 months full pay and 3 months half pay
