9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Eligibility
Need a Care Co-ordinator from New Forest Community Mental Health Teams based at Anchor House or Waterford House.
Referral Procedure
Referrals via Care Co-ordinators.
Cost
No charge to users.
