VA Fareham & Gosport
Description of Service
We provide information and support on a one to one basis to help people access training and educational opportunities, voluntary or paid employment. We also support those in employment who are experiencing mental health difficulties to maintain their jobs.
Operating Times
8:30am - 5:00pm Monday
8:30am - 5:15pm Tuesday
8:30am - 5:45pm Wednesday
8:30am - 5:30pm Thursday
9:00am - 4:30pm Friday
Eligibility
Aged 18+ and have a Care Co-ordinator from either Gosport or Fareham Community Mental Health Team.
Want to take up/return to/remain in mainstream employment/voluntary work or take up training/education to help towards employment goal.
Referral Procedure
Referral via Care Co-ordinators from Gosport or Fareham Community Mental Health Teams at Hewat House or Osborn Centre.
We also take referrals from Fagos, the Meadows, Rivendale, the Early Intervention Team and Ravenswood.
Cost
No charge to users.
