Solent Mind is led by our Chief Executive, Richard Barritt, who has been instrumental in making Solent Mind the organisation it is today, offering over 10 years of leadership, vision and direction for our service users and staff.
Heads of Services
Our Senior Management Team is formed of the business leads for each area of specialism, both for our infrastructure and operational services. Finance, IT & Administration, Human Resources and Business Development make up the core infrastructure of our organisation, which in turn supports the delivery of services which fall under the broad portfolios of Social Inclusion, Home Based Support & Advocacy, and Employment & Training.
