As volunteer office support you will provide administrative support for the New Forest Wellbeing Centres. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Keeping accurate records of referrals and maintaining and updating all databases
- Typing, managing emails and correspondence
- Answering the phones, monitoring and distributing incoming mail or messages
Location: Marcella House Wellbeing Centre (1 Jones Lane Hythe Southampton SO45 6AW) or Hollies Wellbeing Centre (1 Barton Court Rd New Milton. BH25 6NN)
Commitment Required: 4–8 hours per week, required for, preferably, a Monday and Wednesday, or hours can be flexible to suit your availability.
