Support Worker - Horticulture
Fixed Term Until March 31 2019
£15.446 - £16,636 (SM PP10-PP13) pro rata for part- time
27.5 hours Tues,Weds,Thurs 9.00am to 4.30pm
Fri 9.00am to 4.00pm
Some weekend work will be required
We require a dynamic person to join our team at Mayfield Nurseries to take a primary role in:
Working with our service users and volunteers to undertake horticultural activities.
To take a shared responsibility in the monitoring and reviewing of service users goals and outcomes and inputting onto CRM system.
To take an active role in encouraging and mentoring service users to learn new skills in horticulture and customer service.
You will be a team player encouraging and mentoring our project members with mental health issues and learning difficulties to learn transferrable skills in horticulture through your own horticultural experience.
