Salary Range: £22,379 - £24,100
Per Annum - Pro rata for part time hours

We run the italk service in partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust which is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country and have recently successfully won the contract to provide this service for another 3 years.

We are looking for qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner(s) to join our busy service.  A mixture of part-time & full-time (37 hours) positions are available - Minimum of 3.5 days (26hrs) for part-time positions.

This is an extremely demanding role delivering evidence based therapies over the telephone, online and to groups across the county. Initially, the role will be based at our Contact Centre in Eastleigh, with travel to specific venues for face to face or group work; however, the service will be moving out to locality hubs in each of the 4 Clinical Commissioning Groups (West Hants/North Hants/Fareham & Gosport/SE Hants) we serve in the coming months and these will become the main base.

You will need to be highly motivated and resilient to cope with the demands of working in this large, high volume service.  Successful candidates will also need strong communication skills, professional telephone manner and excellent IT and organisational skills.
