We offer a range of advocacy, information and advice services to help support you in ways which are tailored to your individual needs.
Advocacy is taking action to help people say what they want, secure their rights, represent their interests and obtain services they need. Advocates and advocacy schemes work in partnership with the people they support and take their side, promoting social inclusion, equality and social justice.
Our advocates work with people in their local communities and in hospital settings. This includes delivery of Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA). We also offer specialist Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) and Paid Representation. More detail about this often complex area can be accessed by clicking the links to the left.
